8. My order has not arrived yet

All orders are processed the next business/working day. But since we ship internationally, please allow 10-14 business/working days to receive your product. Due to the holiday season, we are experiencing higher order volume which may further delay your delivery another 5-7 business/working days. If it has not been at least 3 weeks since your order was placed, please do not contact customer support as there will be nothing we can do for you at that time.
